• Driver must be 25 or older and have a valid driver’s license
• No unauthorize user/operators are to drive the vehicle
• Vehicle must be returned on expiration date unless the renter extends the rental period within 24 hours
• No smoking in the vehicle (there will be an additional charge/fee of $200.00)
• There is a replace fee for lost keys
• Insurance is listed as THIRD PARTY ONLY at no additional cost
• Renter is responsible for any and all loss of damage to the car resulting from any cause regardless of fault other than accidental fire or acts of nature beyond your control. 
• Take A Chance Car Rental (Lessor) Insurance will not cover tires, window’s, windshield’s, driving reckless or driving under influence. 
• Weekly rentals are seven days and monthly rentals are twenty-eight days.
• Roadside service is available at an additional cost of $20 per call
